They were always ready to assist us with a smile, making us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond truly made a difference in our overall experience. Moreover, the tranquility and romance that permeated the hotel's ambiance were beyond our expectations. It was a delight to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse ourselves in such a serene and intimate environment. Wi-Fi speed was surprisingly good. I could stream a movie in the evening with no interruptions

This is a wonderful, modern hotel with great charm and a wonderful staff. It is ideally located in the village center yet close to the lake and cable car. The rooms are comfortable and the buffet breakfast is outstanding. Look forward to my next stay.

Porch on outside of our room on the 3rd floor, bar & restaurant on ground level, gas station across the road, and best of all Achensee (Lake) is right outside the hotel and hiking trails and lifts going way up into the Alps.

The lady at breakfast and the owner lady are very kind Clean rooms, very good breakfast Nice garden, parking, 10 min walk to the lake Sauna, massage, playroom for the kids

A wonderful location very close to numerous hiking trails. My room was very clean and spacious, and everyone was super nice. Plenty of food with halb Pension, a good breakfast, an afternoon snack, and a five course dinner. I hope I'll be able to go back one day.l

Seriously everything. It is so well maintained and so comfortable. They put thought into every detail and have created a wonderful escape. The customer service was also exceptional. They make you feel very welcome

the location is exceptional whether staying on the lake side or mountain side you won't be disappointed with the view. The staff were really friendly and went beyond to fufill our requests.

Everything was exceptional. Especially 5 different types of saunas and the sauna with a mountain view. The food was great, staff was lovely and helpful.

We enjoyed our two night stay. Lovely room with a great balcony. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The entire staff were super friendly. Perfect location being by the lake. We would definitely stay here again!
