Perfect location for ski trip in Ladis/Fiss/Serfaus. The accommodation, cleanness and spacious rooms are great. The location of the hotel is perfect. We were getting to the ski slopes in no time. The breakfast is fantastic. The spa after a ski day is a must. We were absolutely delighted with the facilities. Barbara and her staff are amazing, extremely kind and courteous. Barbara was our guide and host during the stay. We cannot thank her enough for her hospitality. This was a perfect stay for our group. Highly recommend!!

Food: Food during breakfast and dinner was top notch. Excellent variety including meat, fish and vegetarian options a la cart during dinner and a salad bar. Selection of cheeses was excellent. Cakes in the afternoon were tasty and a nice touch. The staff was very attentive. Room: large enough for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys with large balcony overlooking the mountains. Spa area: The spa area was very impressive with steam room and two saunas and three floors dedicated to relaxation. The hotel was fully booked and it did not feel crowded even at peak time. Location: about 8-10 minutes walk to the lift, we kept the skis and boots at the rental shop by the lift free of charge so the walk was not a big deal. Overall stay was very enjoyable and the staff and owners work very hard to keep their guests happy.

The location could not have been better. We walked out of the apartment and had a two minute walk to the lift. We were able to store our skis right at the lift. It couldn’t have been easier, and with a family of five, this was extremely helpful. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a full kitchen and a market nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We plan to return next year.

Very small, quiet village, focussed on families with small children and hikers. Very few restaurants, 2 small bars, two sport shops and one mini market. Although big, the ski area of Serfaus Fiss Ladis is not among the best in Tyrol, since only the two extreme areas are high and north-facing enough to have good ski conditions throughout the ski season. The relatively low, sun-facing central areas have rather poor ski conditions, especially in the afternoon. From Ladis you loose at least the first 20 minutes of the day to get to Fiss, before you actually go up the mountain and into the ski area. So if you like better ski logistics, more entertainment and facilities, then better to consider Fiss or Serfaus.

The resort Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is very good with many slops and lifts. Prices everywhere are good, parking is available close to the lift. Unluckily, the snow was not too much and the temperatures were high! It was a challenge to get back to the hotel by ski on the end of the day as the snow was melted! Very crowdy during our stay and we need to wait almost every lift for 10 minutes minimum (most probably kids’ holiday cause it). We get dinner at several places. The best one is at Alpine Resort Goies Superior Restaurant – so cozy! I would recommend “Pizzeria Reblaus” for a good food and “Après-ski bar Geigaloch” for a good food and party place! Our hotel was close to the lift, so walking in the morning for 3-4 minutes was not a problem. We use after the ski our car and travel around after skiing all day!

Ladis is a lovely mountain town in the beautiful Austrian Tyrol and it connects to the large Serfaus, Fiss, Ladis ski area. Which is a great ski area, with well maintained pistes, great mountain restaurants and efficient lift system and the hospitality is very friendly and helpful.

Ladis is great.

Ladis is great. Very quiete place and still having all you need from bus-stop to groccery and bank. It takes a bit of time to get Fiss but you enjoy much more peaceful neigbourhood with a number of trails and attractions as well.

Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is an ideal place for families.

Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is an ideal place for families. There are many activities for children in the cities and the mountains. Every place, even the higher parts of the mountains, can be reached by cable car or on foot / bicycle using comfortable roads. This place is made for easy tourism rather than wildlife exploration. There are few non-hotel restaurants in Ladis. Usually, you should reserve a table in them in advance to avoid problems with the availability of seats.

Very nice location, easily accessible by car in the peaceful village of Ladis, walking distance from a small castle, restaurants, supermarket, skilift to Fiss, short car drive to the other villages Serfaus and Fiss for more excursion options. The host lady was really helpful and friendly when we arrived, communication by mail was very clear and quick. The apartment is really comfortable and spacious with all the necessary amenities, very nice bathroom, 2 comfortable bedrooms, practical small kitchen and an own terrace and garden.

After a 5-day stay at Alepnperle Apartments, my family was satisfied! Excellent apartments, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and mattresses, a nice bonus was the sauna in the room itself, which really helped to relax after skiing! Great view and location (close to the ski lift). Wonderful service, it was easy to communicate with the owner and our requests were quickly resolved. I highly recommend these apartments and will definitely come back again!
