This apartment was wonderful and a surprise at how nice it is inside! We (husband/wife, adult son) stayed for 1 night on a trip to Vienna. The host met us and walked us through the apartment on arrival. We had cold water in the frig waiting for us, and the apartment is beautifully furnished, with very comfortable beds. We had 1 problem that was not expected. The washing machine was broke. We had been traveling for a week, and planned to do our laundry at this location before we got to Vienna, so we had full laundry for 3 people. When we contacted the owner, she offered to wash our clothes for us. She retrieved our laundry, washed it, hung it out to dry, and they gave it back to us the next morning! We all know that things can always go wrong, something can break, or other unplanned things happen. When the owner/host steps in and takes care of it - that counts! 10/10 for this property and the owners!

The apartment is very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. Location is very good, in the quiet area, and very close to the University. You can even hear birds in the morning! The supermarket is just around the corner. The private parking is very convenient.
