IrelandWonderful friendly and welcoming staff.We had stayed there before a good few years ago and wondered would the hotel have changed much.There was no need to worry as we were welcomed from the minute we arrived by the charming receptionist Edina and the warm hearted Sevesti in the dining room along with her fellow waiters.A lovely hotel in beautiful Ried in the Zillertal.As we do not live on the European mainland we cannot visit as often as we would like.That is a big regret from us.

The rooms were recently modernized and they keep them really clean. More than enough facilities! Thanks for that! Nice and very friendly owners 🤗. All you need is relatively close to the hotel. Supermarket is about 200m away, several local restaurants with delicious dishes. For ones, who come in winter, they have a good ski storage room, a ski bus stops right by the Hotel entrance. The hotel has their own sauna area equipped with two rooms.

Wonderful place with very helpful hosts :) The apartment has a modern design, with a well-equipped kitchen, each bedroom having its own bathroom and a great view from the balcony. There's a garage where you can park your car. Ried im Zillertal is a small, calm town. We went to see Krimml Waterfalls and Sigmund Thun Klamm during our stay and were always eager to get back to this place and chill while looking at the mountains.

The chalet is fully equipped and the best option we booked in the Tyrol region in terms of the view. It has a warm wooden décor and everything you need, just like a hotel stay.
The space is large, and the balcony is very spacious as well. The hosts pay attention to every detail, respond quickly, and make sure you have everything you need.
The view, jacuzzi, and sauna—everything is simply perfect!

We had an wonderful stay! The hotel is amazing – beautifully maintained and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The food was excellent, and the whole place had a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The wellness area was perfect – though small, we especially enjoyed the saunas. We would love to come back again!
