I recently had the pleasure of staying at thr Hotel, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in service. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, providing exceptional service with a smile. The dining experience was equally impressive, with delicious cuisine and a great ambiance. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cosy and memorable stay. I can’t wait to return!

Very nice room view and very delicious, well-prepared breakfast. The heater in the ski storage basement is very nice. Overall the service is very good and accessible.

Quiet place, new and nice hotel, kind welcome, delicious breakfast.

The breakfast every morning was wonderful, with plenty of coffee! The town is only a 10 minute drive from two different lifts or the ski bus stop was 100m from the hotel!

Very nice and friendly staff. Awesome location, directly across from the Rifflsee Gondola as well as the smaller bunny hill that we had to use once because all the lifts on Rifflsee and the Gletscher were closed on account of the awful weather. But even then, it was skiing directly to the door of the hotel.

The Sportalm was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, well designed, great views, and fantastic food and service. The food is excellent, with breakfast, a 3pm after ski snack, and a 5 course dinner. We loved selecting our dinner each morning, the daily soup is soooo good. The Chestnut soup is a stand out. The service is fast, efficient, but not intrusive. The bar is well designed with very creative drinks. We loved this place, I'd move in if I had the choice. Nice sauna, complete weight and exercise room, 5 min drive to the ski area(s)...if your going to Pitztal, this is the place to stay.

Exceptional. Rooms lovely, and tons on storage which is great for skiing. Staff very friendly and especially kind to our 6 year old. Food was delicious. The pools were a great perk post ski. Skiing was close by and convenient. Will recommend to everyone and truly hope to come back.

Beautiful location with a lot of hikes just from the porch. The hotel contributed a lot in enjoying my vacation despite the bad weather. Nice wellness area. Tasty breakfast and diner.

The room was spacious with a living room area and a very nice bathroom. The bed was comfy and there were bath robes and slippers provided by the hotel. Despite being located next to a busy street, the room was quiet and I couldn't hear any traffic at all. I had booked half-board and found the breakfast buffet plentiful and the 4-course dinner was exceptional (you pick your main dish in the morning). Wifi was fast as well and I could take Zoom calls in the evening. Additionally, there is a sauna and swimming pool in the wellness area. There are bus stops very close to the hotel and between the ski bus and the regular bus, you can catch a ride every 10 minutes or so to the ski resorts (I traveled by train to Ötztal station and then took the regular bus to the hotel). The VVT app has been helpful to look up bus schedules and route information.

Spacious room and ample parking for my early season ski trip. Meals (breakfast and dinner) were exceptional, lots of choices, well seasoned, and great quality.

Amazing Facilities with an Indoor and Heated Outdoor pool. It's set in a stunning location with spectacular views. Ski Bus arrives every 10 mins, very easy to get to the slopes. The staff were amazing, very friendly. They also arranged for a staff member (Antonio) to collect me from the airport and he did an amazing job. Food is also Top notch, Dinner is 5 courses every night.

The parking lot is in the basement and its very convenient most especially during winter when snowing is a big plus. The staff was very accommodating and very nice.The place is very accessible to a bus station for a few steps! I just really love the place and recommendable!!!

Cosy rooms, excellent breakfast and superb dinner, perfect sauna, very close to the ski area. The whole hotel is filled with cosiness and hospitality.
