AustraliaHad the best week here. Pools are near by, great views, bus stop out front of hotel. Food was good. Had read comments saying no fridge in the room but we had one which was handy. Family room was a good size and comfortable. Kids loved the trampoline. All in all had a fantastic time

United StatesThis was the perfect getaway in Mayrhofen. The staff was wonderful and very attentive (remembered breakfast order, etc). The common spaces was beautiful and clean. Different areas in the lobby to eat, hang out etc.

For the whole valley there is a card called Active.
For the whole valley there is a card called Active. We spent 100 euro for 6 days and you can use it for travelling with the train till Mayrhofen and for using the cabin cable spread in the valley. This is very suggested.

We spent our summer holidays in Schwendau. The apartment was really convenient - well equipped, with big comfortable beds and all equipment one may need for holidays, VERY clean and spacious (for a family of 4). The vicinity is peaceful and you can enjoy quite and nature. Gerhard is a great host! Always willing to have a chat and recommending ideas for great hikes. What stole my heart was a little terrace where you could enjoy your morning coffee with a view on majestic mountains and green fields. We will definitely come back!

We booked the hotel for an overstay, the next day we continued to Mayrhofen since we arrived one day earlier than booked. The hotel was nice and the location is close to the lift that takes you up to the mountain. We arrived around 8PM and had a nice dinner in the hotel. Breakfast was simple but nice too. The room was big and had enough space for 4 people.

Everything about the property was fabulous. Alexandra could teach the big hotel chains a thing or two about hospitality. Her manner, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile was greatly appreciated. The room was spotless, breakfast delicious, and location excellent. I would highly recommend Haus Kreidl to stay at when in Mayrhofen.
