United StatesStaff was friendly, professional, and helpful. Georgio the bar tender was super friendly and fun to talk to. Room was very comfortable. Dinner was great. Breakfast was super. Loved the fresh soft boiled eggs. Super easy location to get to from the autobahn and plenty of parking.

Beautiful location in a charming Austrian alpine town.
Beautiful location in a charming Austrian alpine town. When I was looking for accommodation, I couldn't find any photographs of the place — only a watercolour painting. So I was a little worried about what reality would look like. I was staying for one night only, so I decided to risk it. In the end: a lovely house, lovely surroundings, and Steinach itself. A helpful host, patient with my "language skills". And an excellent breakfast before a long day on the motorbike.

Good base for walking, photography or winter sports. Nice little two , handy and reasonable places to eat but remember many are cash only. Good centre for rail and bus connections. Quite town and very friendly. Excellent train service the Innsbruck ever half hour

Steinach am Brenner is a nice place to stay in.
Steinach am Brenner is a nice place to stay in. Close to Italy and Innsbruck in Astria. Peaceful and quiet. The only thing I didn't like is the road taxes that I had to pay whenever I enter the highway and return from highway and entring Steinach am Brenner although I have bought the 10-days road tax sticker. If you want not to pay that, you have to drive in non-toll roads. This means that you might drive in narrow roads and the trip taks longer.

The hotel is situated exactly under the EUROPA bridge.

You do not hear the cars passing over your head, but the feeling is a bit strange. You raise your head to see the sky and there’ s the bridge.
20meters from the hotel there is the funiculer which brings you up to the mountain . The view is really fascinating. And the first stop surprises you with a charming kid’s playground and some Kneipp facility to enjoy . And there are cows, goats and horses and lots of fresh air . The restaurant is good, there are some cute outdoor games to entertain and feel happy.
We spent 2,5 hours there with my 10 year old girl .
And by the way she enjoyed th kid’s club in the hotel much, much,much.

Apartment is really clean, seems that it is newly renovated. It provides complete amenities (even box of coffees and ample of coffee milk are provided). Welcome drink and snacks are given. We can eventually park for free at the hotel garage but we didn’t do it. The owner is really helpful and responsive. Mattresses are comfortable. I really like the property and I can only talk good things, unfortunately I can’t give 9 or 10 since I have experienced better.

The hotel is okay to split a journey south and stay for one night. It’s in the middle of nowhere next to a stinky burning factory. So the smell outside wasn’t very pleasant. Unfortunately the restaurant in the hotel was closed too due to staff shortage. So after a long drive in the day we had to take put the car again for dinner. We went to wilder Mann restaurant and the food was fantastic. Van definitely recommend this

We are very grateful to the hotel staff for late check-in after 22:00 and late booking an hour before check-in. a very nice man works at the reception, he said that this establishment is known for its good breakfasts. But, unfortunately, we did not have time to use it. Very nice hotel, atmospheric, great beds, towels, good quality linen, spacious bathroom
