Quaint Austrian town, quiet, dinner and breakfast at hotel was delicious. Staff super nice and helpful.

The rooms are pretty and very clean. The housekeepers really did an amazing job every single day. I also think it was a great price for what we got. The dinner was also good, not the best, but still amazing for the price we paid. One of the waitresses, the one with a blonde bob was super friendly and attentive. We felt extremely well during our stay and would definitely come again and recommend it. They also have a lot of parking spaces and it is located very well close to stores and the slopes, especially if you have a car you can get to Kaltenbach, Zell am Ziller and Mayrhofen in 30 and less minutes.

We love how generous and tasty the food is. The room are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly. And we also like the swimming pool and other ameneties like sauna.

The Staff at the time of check in and check out where extremely nice, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast room was clean, the food was amazing and the F&B staff where also very nice and helpful and the breakfast was simple yet delicious. The Location of the hotel was very nice, the small town in which is located is beautiful and the small lake that is near the hotel, is cheap to get in and very cozy. I will 100% be staying here again, and I have already started to recommend it for a quick getaway.

Porch on outside of our room on the 3rd floor, bar & restaurant on ground level, gas station across the road, and best of all Achensee (Lake) is right outside the hotel and hiking trails and lifts going way up into the Alps.

This was the perfect getaway for a week in the mountains; we loved the close proximity to many of the Achensee attractions (the Erlebnis Card is well worth the money), but it was also easy to spend a day relaxing in the well-appointed spa. What really set this property apart, though, was the fantastic customer service. We received personal support on all of our requests: including adding a few extra touches for a birthday we celebrated while there. And the food each night as part of the half pension (breakfast + dinner) was a highlight we looked forward to each day. If you are visiting this hotel, make sure you choose this half pension rate - it would be hard to summarize well enough how good the food was; suffice it to say that each night provided a different five course fine dining menu - and all directly within the hotel. We loved our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again if visiting the area.

It was a very unique experience. Kids just loved it and we did too. We were the only guests and still they cared to serve us a rich and great breakfast every morning.

Wonderful Hotel in a convenient location. We chose half board and breakfast and dinner was delicious. The Wellness area was clean and quiet and we loved watching the sun set from the outdoor infinity pool on the 5th floor!! I have also used the fitness area which has everything you may need for a work out.

Super friendly receptionist. The view from the terrace was beautiful. The kids liked breakfast.
