My daughter and I were driving from Salzburg to Budapest and at the last moment decided to stay in the area. We made reservations, almost blindly, on-line quite late at night and were so delighted by the hotel and everyone, even at the late hour, was so welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommended. We were there at the beginning of fall and before ski season, so in season I’m sure last minute bookings are more difficult. They must be quite busy in the summer and during ski season. Just a completely charming experience.

A view of the Grimming was awesome. The host very pleasant and responsive. Dinners were good. Breakfast was very fine and filling. The location is great and the value well done.

From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome from the staff. The property offers ample parking, a safe environment, and a peaceful setting that made for a very relaxing stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit, making the experience feel personal and genuinely hospitable. The spa facilities were excellent and a highlight of our stay. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast, which offered a nice variety of options, including delicious fresh-baked bread each morning. The hotel restaurant exceeded our expectations. The garlic cream soup and schnitzel were outstanding—so much so that we chose to dine there both evenings. The quality of the food, combined with the attentive service, made for a wonderful dining experience. Overall, a charming property that delivers comfort, excellent service, and a memorable guest experience. We would gladly return.

We only stayed for one night, but the room was perfect for our family, very comfortable beds, nice dinner and breakfast.

The property was clean and comfortable. Rooms were spacious.

Rooms were great, very comfortable and spacious. Hotel is just a 10 minute walk from the train station, and 10 minute walk from the supermarket. Schönis has a very nice and relaxing Spa with 3 different saunas, a “quiet room”, apples, tea, and everything needed to unwind. Would definitely stay here again☺️

Simon and Andrea took great care of our family of 5. Location is central, Slopes are minutes away, great restaurant for dinner and breakfast were superb.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The self check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made our late arrival much less stressful. The breakfast was also very tasty and fresh. ❤️
