I loved how clean my room was and I thought the windows and layout were beautiful. My view was very nice and the staff was so sweet.

We liked the friendly reception on arrival by the hosts, enjoyed delicious pizza for dinner in the restaurant. The electric car was charged overnight at the car park across the street. The rooms were cozy and silent. The next morning we enjoyed good breakfast buffet.

The food, saunas, pools, staff, room were all amazing! I was blown away by how thoughtful and accommodating everyone was. It really was a wellness retreat for me even though I was there for work in the area.

We loved the facilities very much. There was infused water and healthy snacks in the spa area.

Good, quiet hotel with beautiful views from the room. Friendly attitude to the guests. Playground for children is available.

Warm and welcoming staff both in reception and especially in restaurant. Very good SPA and pool facilities. They have 3 different saunas and steam room, lots of loungers to chill, free tea, and juices at the spa area. Comfortable beds in the room. I guess it is individual choice, but for our family during ski holidays, there are 2 main important points. Good SPA, especially if it has a good pool. Comfortable bed is a must. All other things like room design is secondary things.

Spacious room, balcony, great restaurant, very friendly staff and we enjoyed the breakfast too. Location is close to very nice hikes. Easily accessible by car or a bus from Worgl.

The hotel was pristine--super clean. The rooms were large and very comfortably appointed with wonderful balconies and amazing views of the gorgeous surrounding landscape. The breakfast buffet had a nice array of breads, cereals, nuts, jam, scrambled and boiled eggs, plus sliced meats. And the coffee was excellent! Niederau is a small village with several hotels but not much else. It appeared that nearly every hotel has its own restaurant so finding food in town wasn't a problem. We went for the Almatreib in Auffauch which was about a 10 minute drive from the hotel. It's a beautiful little town to relax and enjoy the lovely views.

Good price to quality relation for Tyrol. Relatively easy to reach from Munich or Vienna by train and bus/taxi. All rooms seem to have balcony. Ours, although in the cheapest category, was renovated. Half-board was sufficient in terms of quantity and quality. Great little outdoor pool, though could be warmer, also a little sauna and a steam chamber. Nice walking possibility to a “Jausenstation” (small Alpine resto) an hour so on from the hotel. Ski resort is small but very close to the hotel, enough for lazy skiers for a few days I guess. Quite easy to rent ski equipment.
