great 3 night stay in this wonderful holiday town.

great 3 night stay in this wonderful holiday town. Had a great tour with Wading Oyster Tours - Did a drive thru the National Park which was a little underwhelming- Didn’t see any wildlife in 2 hours of driving Coastlines impressive Coffin Bay is a real piece of isolated joy and the bay itself is a wonderful spectacle Oyster HQ and Yacht Club are the best eating place - not a lot to choose from though

Coffin Bay has been our family holiday destination for many...

Coffin Bay has been our family holiday destination for many years. The men in our family are fishermen, so ideal for them. For myself and the kids there is still plenty to see and do. Beautiful views , spectacular sunsets, the oyster walk is a must as is feeding the very friendly pelicans. As far as eating goes there are a few choices, The Oyster HQ, Coffin Bay Hotel, very family friendly, the sailing club also very casual.

Coffin Bay is a lovely location.

Coffin Bay is a lovely location. The bay is protected and good for boating, fishing, swimming. Great tours and activities to be had. Wading through the water wearing waterproof overalls for an Oyster Tour with Oyster HQ where we learnt about oyster cultivation and how to shuck them. Eating these fresh out of the water was awesome. They also have a great restaurant with the best seafood platter. If you don't have a car it doesn't matter as everything is in walking distance. There are great walks to be had and it is a great base for day trips, if you do have a car, further around the coast such as Streaky Bay. Great sightseeing. Some great wineries and Pt Lincoln are only 30 minutes away by car. Coffin Bay is a great base and is very relaxed and peaceful. A trip here is definitely worth it.

Just perfect for a get away to launch boat, dine & shop. Very relaxing & enjoyable & met up with family & friends also there for the break . Oyster farm, yatch club,beach coombers cafe.

Everything you could need is available in Coffin Bay. The locals are extremely focussed on their pristine area, and this comes through in their friendliness, professionalism, and their casual way of life. A uniquely pleasant place to visit for a few days.

Absolutely extraordinary view of Coffin Bay from our decking...

Absolutely extraordinary view of Coffin Bay from our decking. Wildlife and walking trails are great. The Oyster HQ restaurant was very hit and miss, natural oysters were fabulous but any cooked were completely overdone and were liked dried up peas. The staff although willing were inexperienced. The pub was good value, Coffin Bay is well worth a look.
