Breakfast for 2 was excellent+ Uprated room + 250 a night = good value. Internet was a bit tricky to start with, but fixed itself (?). Seems to be a bit of niche-customer hotel, as one woul;dn't be staying this far out otherwise... workers, academics, students etc (ie minimal "tourists"), but if you are a tourist esp if you have a car, this is good value. We were there as our son lives within 500m. Booking.com was way cheaper than my usual Hotels.com... Dunno why.

Elizabeth is a bit of a dodgy area - the council seems to neglect the upkeep of the area. Only go there is you have friends in the area or need to go there for work. Otherwise it's not a place for a holiday.

The only disappointing thing was all the steps as we were...

The only disappointing thing was all the steps as we were only staying one night on our way through Adelaide, so therefor found it very hard getting up and down the narrow steps with luggage etc. We ate in the hotel itself, and had a great feed. Fairly easy to get around, but would have got lost without the sat nav.

The house was perfect for what we were looking for and needed. Perfect location just down the road from Elizabeth shopping centre. Beds were comfy. Would highly recommend even with the little things we didn't like we would still re book. Hosts were lovely and quick to respond.

The complementary bottles of water each day and the packets of lollies were a nice touch. It was great to go down to the hotel for yummy meals.
