It exceeded our expectations - would defiantly stay again.

From the time we got there, we were greeted with a warm smile, making it super simple to check in. The room we occupied was neat and organized, with enough space for three people. We had our meals at the Polo Cafe on the lower level, and it was a pleasant experience; the food looked great and tasted amazing.

The work forces are extremely helpful the rooms are clean well equipped the laundry was extremely easy

Property was perfect for me. When you travel alone, the way you are treated by the staff becomes more front and center. The staff at the hotel was helpful and cheerful. They knew I was concerned about the construction next door and made sure my room was away from it. They went the extra mile to give me a wonderful room. Maria, the woman who took care of my room, was excellent.

It was very easy to check in, park and close to the city. The hotel rates were very reasonable.

Perfect central location. The room was spacious and clean and the shared facilities on the 1st floor (kitchen, gym and laundry) was perfect. Great value for such a central spot.

Cleanliness, Vibe and convenience

Everything. I want to live here! The rooms are gorgeous, spacious and have a great furniture. Floor to ceiling windows make it feel like you’re in the sky and the bed is really comfortable. Great products. Gym, pool and lobby are equally beautiful.

Staff were very friendly and accomodated our request to store our luggage as we arrived early. Room was modern and spotlessly clean. No issues with sound at all. Size of room was perfect for our needs, bed was comfortable. Location quiet yet close to the cafes of North Melbourne and QVM. So convenient with free tram stop was just around the corner. Would definitely stay here when next in Melbourne!

The Aspire was the highlight of our 3 week stay in Australia. A modern, spacious, spotlessly clean luxury high rise in the heart of the beautiful city of Melbourne with gorgeous city views from floor to ceiling windows from our apt on the 23rd floor. Like I said, FABULOUS. The pool, sauna, work-out rooms on the 9th floor are not to be missed. Living room couch very comfortable. My husband watched the superbowl while we were there and was in heaven. Wifi is fast and secure. Bed, pillows, linens all very comfortable. Bathroom/shower excellent. Kitchen well appointed. Concierge Staff members are so kind and helpful (shout out to Katherine!!) FYI: Check out the William Angliss School of Hospitality at the end of the block (2 min walk). Their cafe offers excellent food at great prices. You can eat brunch and take dinner back to your apt if you don't feel like cooking or eating out.
