Friendly staff at the reception and dining area. The bistro’s menu was superb. Also the room is big and clean. Close to supermarket and other eating place .

Breakfast for 2 was excellent+ Uprated room + 250 a night = good value. Internet was a bit tricky to start with, but fixed itself (?). Seems to be a bit of niche-customer hotel, as one woul;dn't be staying this far out otherwise... workers, academics, students etc (ie minimal "tourists"), but if you are a tourist esp if you have a car, this is good value. We were there as our son lives within 500m. Booking.com was way cheaper than my usual Hotels.com... Dunno why.

Exceptional service on late arrival. Room standard and cleanliness were exceptional.

I liked that it was near a few shops that I could walk to, and that the staff were so helpful and friendly. I had a few very heavy bags and they helped out with those, which was so lovely. They were very punctual and kind.

From the moment I arrived I was treated like I was family. Everything was amazing and every staff member was so attentive and accommodating. Cleaning staff absolutely beautiful.

A perfect setting and amazing views. Lovely area and plenty of room. Great to have a cafe downstairs. The bed was comfy. I loved the area and Adelaide and will book again.
