The room was clean and everything was more than expected

Great breakfast, great service, great location for me - lots of restaurants and nice lake to run/walk around.

Rode bicycle there from Leuven for the SuperPrestige Cross race in town. Perfect accommodation for my bike and I and easy ride into town center. Had a bar at the indoor tennis courts which was cool to hang out in and watch some balls back and forth. Asked for a Trappist beer to take to room and being a perfect Belgian host, he handed me the proper chalice to take as well! Little thing we Americans really appreciate. I mistakingly left the hotel after a great breakfast without paying as thought the fee was collected by booking.com. The owner called me a couple days later and was super friendly and understanding and we worked it out easily. Will definitely be back next year for another excellent stay.

The hotel and grounds were beautifully maintained and decorated. Peaceful, quiet and yet only steps from all the charming shops and amenities of the town of Waterloo. Very clean and environmentally conscious.

There are so many great things about this hotel, the location was the most outstanding, it is centrally located, surrounded by shops, restaurants, grocery stores, tourist attractions to name a few. And if you don t want to drive in an unfamiliar place, the metro station is in a walking distance. If you have a car, parking is available and free at the hotel.

the staff was very friendly and helpfull. althought the hotel is a bit outdated it had all the basic amenities a hotel needs and the friendliness of staff made up for it. the room and beds were cozy, with a big bathroom with bathtub. recomended for someone who values personal approach over modern design rooms and who would like to experience belgian friendliness and hospitality.

I spent two nights at this wellness hotel and was genuinely impressed by the experience. The facilities were amazing — everything felt modern, serene, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to unwind and relax. The only downside was the food hall; the options weren’t very good and felt underwhelming compared to the rest of the hotel. However, the breakfast was absolutely incredible and definitely stood out. Overall, it’s a beautiful, comfortable place that offers a wonderful wellness escape

I had a lovely stay! The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were kind and always willing to help. Although there was no kitchen, I opted for the breakfast buffet and it was quite good. The hotel has an elevator, which was very convenient, and public transportation nearby made it super easy to get to the city center. I definitely recommend this place!

This hotel was a great choice to stay. Short trip from the airport. Pool and facilities were great. They had a garden party which was well organised. WE ate in the hotel twice - food was great. Exellent location for Walabi Aqua Park and Theme Park. Rooms comfortable Staff went out of their way to help with directions. min walk to the centre of Wavre for shops and drinks and resturants / cafes (also supermarket and fast food if you wanted). Pool, football table, swing and interactive pad for the kids. Great bar location We didnt need a car for our stay Short train journey to Brussels Ideally located We are already planning with friends this time to come back next year when the flights are released - see you again soon :)

The location was pretty good, right in the center of Wavre. The hotel itself was clean and decently maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
