CanadaThis was an absolutely unforgettable stay! 🙏🏻🙏🏻The hotel felt so comfortable and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details from the cozy lounge area and children’s corner to the welcoming tea and coffee offered for guests arriving later. The interior is stunning, with so much attention to detail that it’s impossible to take your eyes off it.👀
Our room was spotless crisp white, freshly pressed linens, a spacious and perfectly clean bathroom, and natural bio toiletries with the most delicate, pleasant aromas. Everything felt fresh and cared for.
The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to solve any request immediately with a smile. Their warmth really made us feel at home.
And the breakfast… what a feast! It was more like a grand brunch: fresh muesli, fruits, vegetables, a variety of cold cuts, delicious fish, amazing Belgian pastries, cheeses, olives, and eggs prepared in every style you can imagine. The selection was outstanding, and everything was so fresh and flavorful.
I could write endlessly about this place ❤️ I truly fell in love with it and can’t wait to return! ❤️❤️

BelgiumI choose this hotel primarily because it's located walking distance from the venue where we were attending a concert that evening. When making the reservation it did not occur to me that this hotel is primarily serving clients with medical and or mobility issues. This results in a more "healthcare facility" type of atmosphere in both rooms and corridors. This was something that surprised me but I could have known it, had I checked out the hotel's website. The room was spacious and quiet, breakfast was OK.

Middlekerke is a lovely seaside town with everything on your doorstep for a relaxing or adventurous vacation. The promenade takes you all along the coastline and bikes are avaiable to hire. The coast tram is exceptional value for money. There are many lifeguard stations along the coast giving the littleones a safe play in the sea. Lols of sovenier shops and everyday shops in easy walking, and lots to choose from for eating and drinking out, The beach bars are a really relaxing place to spend a couple of hours.,or try a flutter in the new casino. This is your seaside holiday with more.

The town stretches along the coast with lovely beaches all the way along. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants all the way along but focused towards the centre as you'd expect. Sea front is dominated by apartment complexes with sea views. The coastal tram offers a great way to visit other towns or head towards trains for city travel if you want to leave the car behind. Definitely a weekend location with quiet week nights and a number of places shutting early unless you're in full peak season. Parking can be tricky as most places are pedestrianised other than first thing but there is a large multi storey car park for €9 a day

Lovely little town with diverse shops, grocers, bakers. Beach and sea spotless, excellent life guards, good play areas for the kids. An excellent sea side holiday with lots of attractions close by and a tram to take you there so leave the car at home.

Costa del 'Nord'.
Costa del 'Nord'. High-rise buildings, possibly crammed with tiny studio flats. Soulless, overdeveloped coastline. If you're into sandy beaches, there are far better locations further north in the Netherlands.

An excellent expanse of good quality sand with plentiful...
An excellent expanse of good quality sand with plentiful bars and restaurants (although many weren't open in late April- despite very good weather). The town also is accessible via the motorway from Le Shuttle and ferries (circa 1 1/4 hours) providing a great base to visit Bruges, Ghent, Ostend and other parts of the area.
The town is mainly one road running parallel to the coast with retail sheds including Lidl, Aldi and Jumbo supermarkets at the north end with a caravan park opposite (both statics and caravans/motorhomes).
There is quite a lot of new development spreading inland from the town which means that some areas are impacted by construction noise and traffic.

We have always loved Middlekerke, a very friendly place with...
We have always loved Middlekerke, a very friendly place with lots of activities for all ages. There is a lot of building going on, which did not affect, but enhanced the stay as it is very interesting to watch. It is so easy to travel up and down the coast using the Kustram. We parked the car on arrival and did not use it again until we came home.
Bonus to have free parking outside the appartment, and in plenty of places in Middelkerke.
So close to the outstanding Dunes which are now protected and the Atlantic Wall Museum which has grown so big over the last few years and now has a WW1 area, you need a full day if you are visiting and also snacks and drinks as there is no cafe.

An excellent hotel at a reasonable distance from the beach. Super clean and spacious rooms, incredibly kind, helpful and friendly staff. A decent breakfast included in the price. Free and functioning WiFi. Free parking in front of the building. Overall an excellent place to stay with pretty much everything you might need.

we received a message before we travelled confirming our room no where to park the car and how to access the hotel. The staff would be there had we asked but everything was there for us ready and prepared. The hotel is a short distance to the beach and promenade with plenty of restaurants and bars
