Very well maintained and tastefully decorated. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had a great time in the warm swimming pool. Breakfast was varied and tasty.

Fabulous. Comfy beds. After a few hours at the water spas, we slept great. Spa is world class with zillions of pools and saunas. Three restaurants. Great food. An amazing amount of food choices.

great, cosey apartment with amazing view. The interior is like a Alpine villa. It was quite clean as well! We made a last minute reservation, but everything was perfectly prepared and we also had a baby cot delivered specifically.

reception staff very helpful (especially the lady - did not catch her name) the shuttle bus to gondola/slopes spa is excellent

Great hotel, can't wait to come back. Such a great experience, not jus a place to sleep and go. The food in the garden is a must. The live music, superb. I recommend.

The location is on the city center. The receptionist was warm and understanding lady. The room was very big and cozy. The view from the balcony was to the Pirin hill. The spa center was my favorite place - hot sauna and steam bath, swimming pool suitable for kids and a relax zone. The bathroom and the bathtub were perfectly clean. I recommend it 100%.

The hotel is located very close to the main point of interest to me - the municipality building. Cosy room, clean sheets and toilet. Respectful staff.

Dinner and breakfast were rich and full of variety. Freshly squeezed juices, free water, freshly grinded coffee (Lavazza), and all else you could think of. The pool is big and expands inside and outside. Spa, Steam, Salt rooms etc...

We absolutely loved our stay at the Red House Family Hotel. It was our family ski trip with my dad and we stayed here for first time and eventhough it was our first time we felt like home ! From the ambiance to the great attitude by the stuff/owner I will be happy to leave a 10 star review ! Once we arrived the host helped us with our luggage and carried our suitcases upstairs and throughout outer whole stay our room was always sparkling clean. We will be happy to come back again ! 🙏🙂

Clean, big room, comfy beds, near the center of Bansko; The breakfast was good.

The room was really spacious, clean, with comfortable bed. The included spa was a pleasant surprise for me. I really like the fact that this hotel is close to the normal part of Bansko according prices, next to the hotel is Billa, ATM, pharmacy, bakery. Definitely good value!
