What a nice stay. Unexpected, enjoyed experience. I was nicely surprised by staff, amenities and location. Gladly would visit again.

The room was nice, clean and comfy. The bathroom is big enough. The Spa is quite basic but serves the needs. The breakfast was good.

Everything was perfect. The staff, the room, the design, the breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location just beside the Momina Sulza spring and in downtown, close to restaurants and cafes. The private mineral water pool in the hotel was so clean and nice. We also got a massage with rose oil, very relaxing. Staff was kind and helpful ( special thanks to Daniela, Hristina and Miroslav). Very relaxing week, we will come again!

Location and size of bedrooms

The staff was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We did not have time to check out the Wellness Zone (sauna, inside pool), but we took advantage of the outside pool - water was clean, not cold, and the pool open till 19.30h. The room was quite big and the bathroom was spotless. We forgot a small bag in the room and the hotel called us immediately to let us know, so we could go back to collect it.

Absolutely superb spa facilities! Wonderful pools and hot rooms! Breakfast was fabulous! And don't miss the National Restaurant in town. World class food!

Big room. Great deal at that price you can get a bedroom and a living room with terrace and 2 bathrooms plus breakfast and dinner. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. New sofa. Very spacious. The saunas were good. Infrared and finish. Small relaxation area too with 2 relaxation warmer beds. The food was not awesome but not awful either and they had many salads which we liked and they had fruit. They had very decent pastry too. Not looking fancy but it was good taste. Breakfast was not too bad too.
