Really quiet and chill place with very friendly staff

The bathroom was clean and done very well. The bed was so comfortable, the warderobe full of pillows. I liked the breakfast and especially the pancake machine ♥️

The location was amazing and we got a beautiful room with a great view and a balcony.

Everyone was really kind and caring. I would say I haven't seen such kind people for a while. Although the hotel doesn't have all the stars, people working there make the difference.

Big room, clean, parking, quiet

Absolutely great place to rest if you traveling trough Bulgaria. Very close to the Greek border. Clean rooms with clean towels and bedsheets. The owners are absolutely amazing we had a issue with our cars air conditioning and the owner personally took the boys to a mechanic shop to fix it. We asked for coffee in the morning and they made the most delicious latte and espresso for everyone and told us it’s on the house we don’t need to pay. Absolutely great great good hearted people Thank you Igor and wife 🤗 you guys are the best hosts

The staff is really nice. The location is excellent and the rooms are clean. There was no balcony, but I’m sure you can arrange one if that’s what you’re looking for. The food is OK. The spa is a little bit outdated but good value for the money,will be returning

I loved staying at the Nik Palace! It’s a new residence hotel in the absolutely best location in Sandanski. It’s beside the river, in nature but just steps from the historic downtown. Very quiet! Quality construction, premium building with natural stone and heavy doors and windows. The food at the beautiful restaurant downstairs “Niki” was top notch. The chef/owner is very attentive and overall the value of this place was the greatest of our trip across Europe. Highly recommended!!!

Great stay, comfy room and kind staff. Breakfast was alright and it's in a nicely walkable area with lots of shops, retaurants and cafes nearby.
