Clean, every day lady was changing towels and cleaning the place, perfect location for my hikes, great breakfast, a lot of choice, eggs, meat, cheese, bakery, tomatoes and cucumbers, also poridge choice, sweet bakery and hunny too. Great for Borovets only 10 min by car, has a big car park. Close to billa and Lidl shops and one local. Has spa, but I never used. Great views from balcony. It's 3 star hotel so it's not luxury, but it's clean and not scruffy. Decent hotel I would say. Staff is really great, so helpful and frendly, not all speak englush ( you can translate on the phone). You can ask for packed breakfast if going hiking/ skiing ( 2 sandwiches and fruit and bottle of water I got). Lovely view from balcony! Comfy clean beds.

The location is perfect, near many shops and restaurants. The hotel is cozy, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also great.

The location was perfect 5 min walk to centar of Samokov all market was on 5min. Walk Bila, Lidl, etc. and 10-15 minutes drive to Borovets and to don't forget you have free parking front the hotel at any time. The room was very beautiful clean and hot with balcony and nice view to Rila mountain. Personal was very frendly, we ask if we can left room after 4pm because regular time is 12 and they allow us to stay without any charge. I strongly recommend hotel Niko you cannot get better for this price.

The Price , the cleanliness, the room and the bathroom quality, friendly staff , the location . All these can be find in this great hotel. Stayed near by hotels too but this one I am sure I would recommend and stay again.

I've booked 2 private studios. Great location, literally 5 minutes walk from the center of Botovets, but separated from it by a nice park. You've got all you need in the studio, it was very clean. Ana, the host, was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for hosting us!
