Nice surroundings. The hotel is in the middle of a forest. It has a pool but it was empty during our stay. They have waited for us until very late. Reasonably clean.

Our family liked the location, the view, the architecture and the design of the property. Very Bulgarian and rustic, very classy. The management is excellent. Caring, attentive, quick to resolve any minor issue (there were no major issues), very responsive and respectful. The staff is also amazing. Cleaning is done all the time all over the property and it is spotless. The cook is a Real Chef and anything we ordered was delicious, the kitchen serves fast and the serving staff is quick, professional, polite and very kind and helpful. We spent 13 days and will go again in July. Our family ranks them Excellent + Thank you for everything Staff of Safary Village!

The best in Velingrad money wise. A lot of value for the price, and everything is more than good. The water facilities are excellent, and the food is good. I would recommend!

Everything was excellent! The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. Breakfast and dinner buffet had very big variety and choices for everyone. For lunch the restaurant offer lunch menu. Great traditional Bulgarian food at good prices. The spa area is quite nice. Lots of indoor and outdoor pools. All with very warm water, which makes it possible to swim outside even on cold weather. Definitely would recommend

old but well maintained hotel with real mineral water

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and wonderful nature views. The spa area was good – it featured a nice pool and different saunas. The food was excellent – both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

The outdoor jacuzzi and the restaurant are great.
