We have been coming for the second year and have been living in these apartments for more than a month each time. We really like it - the best place on the PIPA. Great staff, very friendly. Good cleaning. Wonderful territory of the complex. Nice authentic village. There are 2 restaurants nearby and many in the village. Wonderful beaches both in one direction and the other. Thank you! We will definitely come back!

Excellent location for privacy from the main town but just a 20 minute walk to get there. Rooms were stunning and staff was extremely friendly. The free breakfast was very nice as well

Great cost benefit. Everything is simple but funcional, there are improvements at the property and is getting better, again, good cost benefit. The host Rafaela is a wonderful person.

Best place to relax ever. Amazing villa with private pool and rooftop. The whole property is a dream with an incredible view over the beach to the ocean. The staff is super nice and attentive and the brakfast and dinner delicious. Close to Pipa too. Could not have been any better and highly recommend.

Wonderful location, well maintained, peaceful and staff was very helpful (English speaking).

We stayed in front of the beautiful pool, the bungalow was nice and updated, the shower was amazing, the air conditioning worked great, breakfast was absolutely delicious.

It was a very nice stay. We enjoyed a lot Pipa; it has many beaches nearby. We were coming for 7 days and we extended to 10. The hotel was very nice to accomodate us longer. The location is perfect, in the city center. We enjoyed the facilities, swimming Pool, gym, restaurante. Breakfast variety was great. Definitely i would recommend pipa for holidsys and this hotel

Great location, excellent pool and facilities.

The nature is wonderful. The hotel is surrounded by trees and plants. There are many birds and "saguis", the small monkeys. The breakfast was really good, fresh fruit, various options of delicious cakes and pastries. The hotel is located in the Chapadao, and the view is breathtaking. I recommend waking up at 4:50 a.m. to see the sunrise.

The staff were very sweet and helpful. The rooms were clean with great AC and lovely king sized bed. They had a lovely breakfast each morning, you just had to pre order the evening before.

The staff was consistently helpful and friendly. The room was pleasant, although there was a spot on the wall where the paint had chipped, resulting in some pieces on the floor. The location was ideal: just a 10-minute walk to the main street filled with bars and restaurants. The swimming pool was excellent, providing a great relaxing place after a long day in the sun.

I didn't know Praia da Pipa and the hotel is located near to everything, what is amazing, but at the same time, quite to have some rest. If you stay at one of their hotels, you can use all the facilities they have what makes your stay even better - the pool at the hotel is gorgeous, a beautiful view and with heated water, extremely pleasant in the afternoon, even in high summer, as the winds are strong. The staff was amazing, cleaning excellent, wonderful breakfast, I loved and recommend to everyone!
