A very old, but a very clean city with a rich heritage of...

A very old, but a very clean city with a rich heritage of chainsaw carving history in its structures displayed around this very compact community. The Family resturant was very clean, good, friendly people. Wanda, you have to meet!

Room was good but a bit dated and faded.

Room was good but a bit dated and faded. Hot tub was advertised on their website but not operating and looked like it had been down for a while. They advertised hot breakfast but only provided grab and go and that was limited. There was a notice posted about the breakfast but this was only provided at check in. No discount for lack of advertised amenities when I asked.

The staff are excellent. I was overjoyed to meet with Lee, Sheila, Cheryl, Shannon and Jenna. Wonderful staff. They make Pomeroy a 5* experience. Breakfast is amazing, the kitchen staff are incredible. I was truly taken care of like a VIP. Wonderful team at Pomeroy Chetwynd.

Rooms were good, came out for a snowmobiling trip and site never mentioned hot tub wasn’t operational which was the deciding factor to stay at pomeroy chetwynd so we could have stayed elsewhere and paid less,

The location was perfect. The hotel was undergoing some renovations in the lobby, but it did not impact our stay. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
