Search hotels in Cow Head

Our room was right on the shore. we could see ducks and swallows form the window. The hotel was directly across from the theatre where we had tickets for an evening of "down home music" The staff tried to find a solution for the low toilet which my arthritic knees can not manage. They did not succeed but were very cordial.

Breakfast was bountiful and excellent! Staff was most helpful and made sure our stay was pleasant. We very much enjoyed the hiking trails at the end of the village. Our host generously provided us with a map of the available trails. The grocery store in Cow Head has a good selection of items.

This was a great hotel for my husband, baby and I. We loved that our cabin had a large living room and came with a kitchen, and the space offers great value for money. We also appreciated that we could order lobster for dinner at the restaurant, and had several lobster meals during our stay!

The location was perfect for a stop while travelling between St. John's and L'anse aux Meadows. It was great to be able to attend a great performance at the theatre in Cow Head there while we were there, part of the Gros Morne Theatre Festival.

Staying in the cabins but still feeling like being part of the hotel community. The kids liked the pool, the parents liked the hot tub. Food was great at the restaurant. The staff were all super friendly.
