Great choice for work trip or single tour. I was on my cycling trip, guys let me take bicycle to room. Breakfast is served starting from very early time (from 6:30AM) - that is convenient if you need to leave early. No restaurant except breakfast, but without any problems discussed food delivery with staff.

The only positive thing about this property was the location...

The only positive thing about this property was the location. Close to Kingston and about 30 mins from Brockville. Sadly the outside of the property, including the patio, and decks were badly neglected and over grown with weeds and dead pots and hanging baskets. A huge concern was the stagnant pond which was not mentioned at all in the information. There were several loose and uneven and chipped brick steps leading up to the front door which was a safety concer. There was not enough seating for the 8 of us in the dining room and the TV did not work. What a shame because this could be a gorgeous property.
