The property is beautiful! Clean, modern, perfectly set up for a group of friends to sit and visit inside and outside, share food and games on a fabulous kitchen table. The kitchen had everythingAll the beds were comfortable, linens were fabulous. The property is a few minute walk to hiking, mtn biking trails, a couple restaurant with patios. A short drive to town.

Rossland is a charming small town in a beautiful setting...

Rossland is a charming small town in a beautiful setting with skiing, golf and mountain bike trails that are epic. Good restaurants and interesting shops. Gabriella’s restaurant in the Prestige Hotel is outstanding. Gabriella, the head chef, is originally from Italy and the menu showcases her heritage and talent. Be sure to get a reservation.

For a small town it has enough restaurants, stores and shops...

For a small town it has enough restaurants, stores and shops. It's big draw is the outdoor recreation: skiing, hiking and mountain biking. Still feels somewhat undiscovered, and priced accordingly. It is right across the U.S border so very accessible from Eastern WA (Northport border crossing is open 24 hours and rarely busy). In sum, it is a value-priced and quiet get-away spot.

Rossland, located just a few minutes from Red Mountain...

Rossland, located just a few minutes from Red Mountain Resort, is a cute historic mining town. Many of the turn of the century buildings are maintained and in use. Only a handful of restaurantes, but all are good. It is a fairly small mountain community with all services one would need. We stayed 4 nights and felt it was about the right length of visit, but could certainly enjoy longer.

Rossland, BC is a quaint small town with hundreds of hiking/...

Rossland, BC is a quaint small town with hundreds of hiking/biking opportunities at the edge of town. This small town is higher up in the hills above the Columbia River and leaves crowded scene around Trail and the river area behind. We tried several restaurants in town, the Flying Steamshovel (interesting menu family dinning), and Gabriella's with another great menu and very slightly upscaple (no fancy clothes required). People pop out onto the crosswalks without notice (and without looking) so be careful driving and slow down. Rossland, BC is close to Red Mountain ski resort and not far from the US border (11 km) north of Spokane, WA.

Rossland is great for all ages.

Rossland is great for all ages. Just choose the right place to stay. People are very nice ne friendly. Nice place to eat: Chinese food, italien food and good sandwiches at the super market, bakery the top pain aux chocolats

We stay in Rossland as an alternative to staying in Trail.

We stay in Rossland as an alternative to staying in Trail. Accommodations are much nicer in Rossland and you're maybe 10 min from Trail. Outdoor enthusiasts its got lots here. Really cute shops.

The person at the desk upon our arrival was pleasant and engaging. He provided us with all the information we needed and answered all of our questions with a smile! Beds were comfortable. The hot tub was great to relax in at the end of the day! We didn't know before hand but there are 2 BBQ's on site to use. It was a short drive from Rossland....only a few minutes....but was super quiet. Also, we were able to smoke outside on the property and there were ashtrays provided.

Great location. A fantastic Italian restaurant right in the hotel and a cute little cafe. The room was a nice size. The kitchen stock was just ok. The coffee machine does only one little cup at a time, great size fridge though and the king bed was nice. The staff were fantastic. The fellow at the front desk went above and beyond. I will come again and I will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We enjoyed a wonderful, comfortable stay. The bed was so very comfy. We liked that we could sign in to our own Netflix account. Also the location is ideal with 2 restaurants nearby and the Main Street just 3 blocks away. We will return next time we’re in Rossland!
