The rooms were very clean, the cleaning staff did an excellent job! I could see them washing a ton sheets down the hall, and they were working very hard. The restaurant is great, they even bring the food right to your room.

The hotel is perfectly located within a 10-minute walk of everything you might need. Our room was spacious, clean, and featured a very comfortable bed and pillows. We especially appreciated the extra floor space for our ski equipment! Additionally, there was ample parking, the staff was friendly, and the washroom was very clean for the price point.

Like another reviewer said, I wasn't sure from the outside. But the room was newly renovated, sparkling clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable! And nice soft bedding too. I've stayed in every hotel in Smithers and this has the most comfortable bed. It is great value!

The bed and breakfast was very comfortable, clean, and accommodating. Rioters provided a scrumptious breakfast, following request and preferences of the guests. With great conversation and anecdotes of the area. Definitely recommend!

Oscar the front desk customer service agent was just excellent!! Friendly, patient and did everything he could to help me when I arrived and found out that Booking.com did not properly reserve a room for me! After a 800mile drive he went above and beyond to help and in the end my family of 3 had to share 1 queen bed room and one of my sons had to sleep on the floor. Oscar brought us extra blankets and pillows to try and make him more comfortable. I appreciate how professional Oscar was and willing to be patient as I had to be on the phone with a against from Booking.com for at least 1 hour and in the end it was Oscar that help!

LDR was the accommodation of my life. The cabin and property are spectacular! My kids and dogs had the freedom to run and play outside on the expansive ranch. Beautiful views of the mountains and river that run along the property. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and relaxing.
