A gem of a place! Don’t think twice about staying here, it will definitely book up quickly. The loft has everything you will need and then some. The king size bed was a treat, excellent mattress and plush bedding. Rosemarie, thank you for creating a beautiful space.

This is now my second time staying at the Holiday Inn at Port Elgin and I really love my stays here. The staff are extremely friendly and warm. There is so much lounge space in the lobby and restaurant area, and the rooms are incredibly spacious. The breakfast is so generous too! Love staying here.

We have always loved Southampton.

We have always loved Southampton. Use to live there and had a cottage for many years. Quaint, pretty town with many wonderful people, shops and things to do. Always come back every year to have picnic in pioneer park or go the flea market, bakery and hear the Piper down by the flag. We love to attend the Annual Pumpkin Fest Car Show held in the adjacent town of Port Elgin. Miss living in Southampton and it will be an annual road 🛣️ trip for us. Our grandson was married at Fairy Lake and had their reception at the old Town Hall. They have also returned to Southampton from time to time. Everyone should make Southampton a once in a lifetime place for a summer ⛱️🌞 vacation. We are our dinner at Lord Elgin in Port Elgin. Fabulous fish, shrimps and service.

South Hampton has great places to eat.

South Hampton has great places to eat. There's a fantastic breakfast place called the Light House. Also had delicious Chinese food at a dine in restaurant. The local Bruce County Museum is also very interesting to see. There are many beaches to explore near by. Some have washrooms and changing room. Get a local map and explore the surroundings. It's only 12 minutes drive to Saugeen Beach, formerly named Sauble Beach.

The sunset was spectacular.

The sunset was spectacular. Love the lighthouses and the boardwalk. Beach was very nice and quiet and the town was very quaint. We ate at Walker House which was really good food and great service, also conveniently located walking distance from our motel. We also stayed at the cutest little motel - The beach motel. Fantastic sunsets and good times had with family ❤️

A budget friendly motel close to amenities.

A budget friendly motel close to amenities. Just a short drive to Southhampton Beach or Port Elgin. King sized bed was very comfortable, as were the linens and bedspread. There is a cafe/bistro right across the street, however we didn't really notice it until we were leaving. :( Lots of toiletries were provided. We would certainly book it again. For $89.00 for the night as compared to nearby chain hotels charging up into the $200's, it provided everything that we needed and we have no complaints.

Southhampton is a beautiful beachfront town with lots of...

Southhampton is a beautiful beachfront town with lots of restaurant choices. The Saugeen rivermouth is here and is popular with fishers and kayakers. Dinner was a green chicken curry at a Thai restaurant down the street and breakfast was Tim Horton's - both within walking distance. Nex time I would NOT stay at the Manor Motel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The interior was beautifully designed and created a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotless – the cleanliness really stood out. I also loved how close it was to the beach and nearby restaurants, which made getting around super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and a great location!

It was closed. I called to find out how we could get in. There was a sign on the door saying there was a conflict with the owner and booking.com. We drove three hours to get there and had no where to stay in Southampton that night. It was our 45th wedding anniversary . Worst night ever
