Everything is so good. I like the rooms, they are really clean and have tv access and very comfortable beds. Good service, I got some cookies when I did my check-in. And no noise at all, I like quiet sleep environment.

We stopped by here on our roadtrip from Vancouver <> Banff and loved the place. Jay and Jessie were really the highlight. They were extremely gracious and hospitable. We felt very welcome and homey having chats during sunset and getting recommendations over home cooked breakfast.

We loved the view and comfort that the place offered. It’s exactly as the listing describes it - peaceful and VERY spacious! It offers panoramic views of the Okanagan Lake and surrounding mountains. The suite had access to fast and stable Wi-Fi, a huge TV, and several appliances. Definitely need to stay here again the next time we make our way to Kelowna ☺️

The hotel is very clean, and the staff is polite, especially James. He was very patient in sharing recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. This trip was to celebrate a birthday, and they accommodated our request to have our rooms next to each other. At one point, there was a sudden power outage in our room, but the staff responded quickly to assess the situation and restore the electricity. The only downside was that the soundproofing in the room wasn’t great, making it easy to hear children crying. However, I still highly recommend this hotel!

The room in Hyatt Place is cozy & very clean. We love our room but staying only one night as we have to go to another city. Location is also good with supermarket & restaurants close by.

This downtown Kelowna hotel is just blocks from Okanagan Lake. It has 2 on-site restaurants and a spa. The warmly decorated rooms offer free WiFi.
