They had us at the entrance with their genuine, friendly smiles. The atmosphere is really cozy, and they pay attention to all the details. The afternoon snack is a lovely gesture. The view is astonishing from the pool, the restaurant, and the balcony, too. Best location ever. Our servers, Anette and Laszlo, were amazing! Everybody was helpful, sometimes even without our asking. Portions of food are more than sufficient and really tasty. Our dog loved the plush blanket!

Simply fabulous!! We arrived wet and tired after a long day's walk to be greeted by the wonderful Brigitte...so welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. As a trailer was blocking the view from our booked room we were generously given an upgrade to a 2 bed apartment. It was fabulous...clean, bright, modern with all sorts of thoughtful extras. The rest of the hotel followed suit !! Beautiful dining room and terrace with superb mountain views. Buffet style breakfast had a wonderful selection, beautiful breads and simply delicious. A fabulous modern style spa complex, always plenty of room. It also includes a free chairlift and bus pass which was a real bonus for our walking. It's also an easy walk into town if you can bear to leave the lovely hotel !!

half board was included. the meals were excellent with a good variety of choices. breakfast was buffet. dinner was served from a menu with excellent choices and quality location was perfect for delivering the kids to ski school on time. there was also a fabulous fondue dining experience available in the igloo next door and also a sauna for apres ski.

Location was perfect for getting fast to the slopes. The ski bus stops right at the hotel every half an hour. The hotel itself is kind of an 'old' build and has a retro feeling, though its all made up by the staff. Everybody was very kind and it felt natural that they want to do a really good job helping you in any way shape or form. We are eating plant based and even though they don't necessarily have a focus on this with previous notice they were happy to provide us plant based food. We were looking for something 'ok' cost/value ratio, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Thanks!

Hotel Bristol is a perfect hotel for a countryside getaway in the Alps. It is centrally located in Adelboden, very close to one of the ski lifts (5 min walking distance), and just a few minutes from the main street. The hotel is facing west side and you have beautiful views overlooking the mountains. From the top floor you can see Engstligenfälle, a gorgeous waterfall located just 5km from the city center. The hotel is very charming, it is an older building, but very well maintained, with all modern amenities. The hotel staff is very kind and informative. The breakfast is great, and the kitchen and restaurant staff is very hospitable too. Overall our stay was fantastic, and Adelboden is a perfect location from where you can even drive to visit other attractions in the area.
