Everything! I travelled with my daughters and their friend to spend several days skiing around opening day in Verbier, and also in Zermatt, and what a delight! The staff made this trip exceptional - and helped me arrange so much (rentals, shopping, parking, dinner reservations, etc). The chalet itself is so quaint and beautiful. They have remodeled the rooms and mine was beautiful, with a balcony that overlooked the town and mountains. My daughters were in a “family room” which was perfect since they also had a friend along - they essentially had a suite - two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wonderful! The chalet/hotel has a WONDERFUL restaurant and chef. Breakfast was amazing, and dinners in the hotel after a day of skiing were so cozy and warm - we had fondue both nights, along with other traditional Swiss dishes. The location is perfect - The hotel is a couple blocks from the Medran lifts up the mountain for skiing, and two blocks from downtown shopping. Staying here reminded me of what family owned chalets much have been like long ago - where you are treated like family by the proprietor, and everyone wants you to feel welcomed and cared for. We loved all of it. There was even free parking next to the hotel. I can’t say enough about how nice the staff was to me and my family! The entire experience was so charming. We loved it!

We went skiing in half term so always busy, not as busy as...

We went skiing in half term so always busy, not as busy as France. But queues were long for the gondola at La Tzoumas as it is the only lift into the mountain. due to half of the lifts being closed skiers from different resorts had to jump on free buses and use the gondola so queues became much longer. The snow ploughs started at 05.00 right outside the apartments we were sleeping in and are extremely noisy to the point I thought the building was falling down on the first morning that I heard it. A few restaurants near our apartments were walkable, unfortunately one was shut due to health and safety and the takeaway pizza shop closed too early for us, we like to eat after 7pm and it was closed. The Tbar which is attached to the apartment block had a very limited menu, nachos or chips and Friday, Saturday and Sunday burgers, nachos or chips. But tasty.

Offers a good access to the ski area Verbier/4 Vallees. La Tzoumas is very quite and suits those who are rather looking for a quite place. Night life is almost non-existent. 3-4 Restaurants and a super market are available.

La Tzoumaz is small, with a handful of lovely restaurants...

La Tzoumaz is small, with a handful of lovely restaurants and bars. Easy ski access over to Verbier and the other peaks. The bus links are prompt but could be more regular, the last bus leaves the centre at 5pm, making it tricky to travel to/from the town in the evening without a car (or walking in our case). Skiing back to La Tzoumaz from Verbier can only be done via a 'yellow' route (unkept - with moguls), otherwise there is an easy bus link from Verbier to the gondola up to La Tzoumaz.

Beautiful location in a charming alpine village in the mountains. Rooms and facilities were excellent, felt like staying in a hotel or resort. Spotless clean and very comfortable. Everything felt new and in good working order. Lovely breakfast served too including delicious local alpine cheese. The manager was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Relatively close to Verbeer which we would like to visit in summer next time.

This is a superb, spacious and well appointed chalet that is accurately represented by its photos. Super cosy and a short drive / bus to La Tzoumaz main lift station. It gives easy access to Savoleyres and on to Verbier

I am gluten free but didn’t inform the hotel so it was my problem- otherwise wonderful selection and I could pick out things to eat . They also prepared a takeaway coffee for me - so nice 👍 loved their dog 🐕 too
