NetherlandsThe chalet is perfect! It is spacious with fantastic views. It has everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ. It is less than a 15 minute drive from Täsch, there are multiple supermarkets within biking distance or a medium walk. The owner is really friendly and helpful. Definitely would try and book it and come back again.

United StatesWe went on a family ski trip. The hotel and staff were amazing. The town is super cute, and has great options for restaurants as well as the one in the hotel itself. The spa facilities were amazing. Would highly recommend this property, and look forward to returning.

Very good accommodation, very clean, open spaces and the owners were very helpful. Would highly recommend it for people wanting to visit Zermatt very close to public transport and has an excellent view from the apartment.

Great location in walking distance of the train station, small but cozy chalet with all the amenities one could wish for. We were 4 people wanting to visit Zermatt for a few days and it was perfect for us! Very fair price for what you pay elsewhere in the region. Simple process: Got the keycode 2 days before the stay, host was communicative and friendly. Obviously don't expect a 5-start hotel quality experience, but our expectations were perfectly met.

The hotel and restaurant is newly renovated (one floor is still in renovation). Spacious rooms brand new, very warm. Good WiFi. Coffee machine is in the room. Comfortable bed. Dinner in restaurant was very good for Switzerland, prices are not low, but it is everywhere in Switzerland so. Friendly personnel. Very good breakfast, high quality food. Price performance for room and breakfast is great. Ideal for business trip.

Throughout my entire trip in Europe and Swiss, this hotel's breakfast is prob the most lacking. Would have liked to have some warm scrambled eggs or the likes instead of just a simple 2-3 selection of cold ham.

This hotel is in St Niklaus and close to Zermatt. It is easy to take the train from St Niklaus straight to Zermatt.
The room was well decorated.
Parking space available in parkinggarage. 3minutes walk.
