room was very clean and its design was really catchy all the facilities was more than perfect breakfast was extraordinary , a lot of varaities with very good taste especially the hot chocolate

It was the best hostel I ever stayed in! The place was clean, just next to the ski slopes. The staff were super kind and awesome ❤️ the woman at the reception helped me with finding skiiing and hikes! I appreciated that a lot. The price was perfect! Also they had a nice restaurant! Very cute and quaint. The family run hotel was perfect. Clean room with comfortable mattress, high speed internet, great views from the room of the small lake and Mont Blanc. The family that runs it was so helpful and kind. Would recommend.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent – specially the staff, vibes and the service. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The host was very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and well-balanced, especially the homemade jam, croissants, eggs, and yogurt. The rooms were spacious and cozy, with a charming wooden cabin style.

This hotel is especially ideal for travelers starting the Mont Blanc trek who prefer to stay close to the starting point rather than in central Chamonix. It is a perfect base for beginning the adventure while enjoying a peaceful and comfortable setting.

I was sick on this trip and the staff was amazing as they had did their best to expedite my check in so I could rest and even showed up with candles when I ordered in a cake. Thank you so much for the hospitality, I won’t forget!

Unit was clean, everyday cleaning, facilities complete, location was abit away from downtown but we drive our car anyway..staff was excellent

Fantastic spacious room with a private balcony with a view of Mont Blanc towering above. It was a room upgrade otherwise we wouldn't have experienced this - it was wonderful. Hotel run by young people, all friendly and extremely helpful - friendly young woman told us how to get into Chamonix (bus right outside which was great) and supplied a card which allowed us to ride the buses for free (due to having paid the local taxes). Noticed they did packed lunches for folk getting up early to hike. Comfy bed and good breakfast.

Pointe Isabelle has a great location, comfortable bedroom and bed. We had a gorgeous view to the mountains. It is a max 15 minutes walk distance to all main attractions and cable cars in the city and close to really good restaurants. The hotel has a nice bar and super kind staff. I would stay with them again without hesitating.

It is amazing location and cozy room

We had a simple but very nice room that had a small balcony overlooking the bar downstairs and a small plaza. The bar provides a fun and friendly atmosphere when you arrive and then it closes early so you do not loose any sleep. The view over looking the mountains is amazing. The plaza has a church and tourist information office, so the location is fantastic. Our room had a nice shower and breakfast was great. They stored our luggage while we went hiking. The staff spoke some English and was friendly and helpful.
