This place had been highly evaluated by travellers at various global travel-review websites. Not only were their ratings right, but honestly the reality exceeded them. The only reason I am bothering to fill out this questionnaire is to praise the extreme comfort of the beds, and the fantastic shower. I have travelled A LOT, and the Borsari shower and the Borsari bed were absolutely the best I have ever encountered anywhere, ever, that I have travelled. Thank you very much and well done on a fabulous hotel experience.

The staff were extremely friendly, and the room had everything we needed. We were two people staying in a room for three because there were no other options available, but honestly, it worked out well and was very comfortable. The restaurant was amazing, we had dinner there and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, we couldn’t stay for breakfast, but it looked really good too. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the location: it is right in front of the lake, so we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Champex.

There is a well-known proverb “a friend in need is a friend indeed” I came to the hotel with strong stomach pain, the crew and manager ask me all time how they can assist Place me to sleep in private place instead of dormitories, to ease my stay. I strongly recommend this place , they are family!

Friendly staff and hearty dinner/breakfast - both pasta/fondue were well liked by our party. One of very few options in Trient for those doing Tour du Mont Blanc. Lots of people used the gym equipment in the reception.
