The facilities were beautiful, you are immersed in the nature and everything has this rustic and minimalistic charm. Our room had a view to the forest with a beautiful window corner where you could seat to read. The terrace at the restaurant on the top floor was an excellent space to relax after a day of hiking. The opportunity to visit the different parks and hike the trails in a protected and cared environment was a beautiful experience. Overall it was a really wonderful stay.

It really small and there is no tourisme agencies.

It really small and there is no tourisme agencies. It’s better to stay in Castro and take a bus if you want to visit the National park (it’s the only touristic thing you can do), ther is buses every hours normally.

The room was overlooking the Cucao Lake, had a very nice decor that created a very romantic atmosphere. The personal was super helpful and helped planning the activities for each day. The hotel counts with very beautiful outdoor and indoor common areas. The kitchen can be used to prepare your own food. The place was absolutely clean and nicely kept.

Far away from the crowds, close to a national park, by the lake with the sea just beyond. A peaceful oasis with natural materials, modern clean design, and decks and terraces offering stunning views of the beautiful lake. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and the hotel is wonderfully managed by Guillermina and her team.

Absolutely stunning location if you want to explore the west side of the island — perfect for Cole-Cole, Cucao, Chiloé National Park and the nearby private park. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, breakfast was good, and a positive attitude of dats staff really goes a long way here.
