Super clean and ultra quiet hotel, had a great sleep. The house inside is really well built. The Korean couple that runs the hotel was accommodating to our needs. All tours and Uber rides we took arrived without a problem to the location.

Super comfortable, cozy living room atmosphere with attention to detail. Wonderful hosts - they stored our luggage for 2 nights while we were hiking in Torres del Paine. The breakfast was nice, we loved the home made rolls. They have 4 very friendly dogs :)

Beautiful two room hotel with very responsive and kind staff. We really enjoyed our stay here, and were able to leave our luggage here for an overnight in TdP. It’s best for those who are renting a car given it is outside of town, though it is easy enough to get an Uber or a taxi.

Nice little town.

Nice little town. I stopped there for my trip to TdP, and it has lots of restaurants, bakery, coffee shops, pretty decent size Unimarc for grocery. I rented a car and drove to TdP daily. The drive is nice, not at all time-wasting.

I could imagine myself living there!!

I could imagine myself living there!! People are friendly and food options are plenty (I’m Vegan!). There are plenty of places to explore rather than just do a tour of Torres Del Paine, which is what we did. You can walk around the place and see the dogs chasing the cars looking for food.. 😊

Puerto Natales is very walkable and easy to navigate.

Puerto Natales is very walkable and easy to navigate. Every restaurant and cafe was incredible. The people were welcoming and friendly. We stayed for 3 days, but hiked in Torres del Paine for 2 days. One day was perfect to explore on our rest day.

Puerto Natales is a very walkable town with a beautiful waterfront and cute shops in the downtown area. A hightlight, is the El Brisket restaurant. Its a small unasuming spot with excellent, well prepared menu options. (not just brisket - although it' is delicious!) The salads are fresh and generous and the desserts rival those in a Paris cafe. It's an absolute gem.

3 days in Puerto Natales is long if you only stay in the city. The city is not very big you can walk around in one day. But you can do boat trip very nice. And go see the Milodon cave with RadioTaxi (best taxi service I've ever seen). The views are marvelous on the coast with glaciers and high mountains in the pictures

Puerto Natales is a great home base for exploring Torres Del...

Puerto Natales is a great home base for exploring Torres Del Paine National Park and other destinations in Chilean Patagonia, but not really a destination unto itself. It felt very quiet and safe, and many of the businesses downtown clearly exist to cater to the adventure tourism market. There is a good selection of hotels and restaurants, and unless you rent a car walking and/or taxis are the main modes of transport.

Fabulous place to stay in Puerto Natales. Very central, near stores, and restaurants. The house has a large living room with a beautiful kitchen and a hidden and spacious garden. The rooms are large, very clean, beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed, and very quiet. The host is very friendly and a great chat, and he even gave me a lift to the airport. They have lockers where you can leave your stuff while going on a trek to Torres del Paine National Park. Highly recommended :). Hope to be back someday.

Very nice, simple accommodation in Puerto Natales. Rooms are clean and relatively new. Size is similar to budget hotels in Europe (e.g. Premiere Class), breakfast is simple but there is all you need. Staff is very nice. I would stay here again with no hesitation.
