This hotel is such an excellent place from which to explore Santa Cruz and the surrounding wineries. The rooms are fantastic, the services and amenities at the hotel are unmatched, the dining and free breakfast on site are incredible. Highly recommend!

The property was beautiful, with lots of flowers and olive trees. It was very well located in Santa Cruz which made it very easy for us to go to vineyards and find restaurants to eat at.

Great value for money, perfect location, staff were really helpful went out there way to organize bikes and activities for us, lots of recommendations. Great value add is the hotel is located next to a vineyard and 2 restaurants which you can walk to.

Absolutely lovely stay. The barrel rooms are so unique and fun. Very spacious and private. Good ac and heat. Lovely view of the pond and vineyard. Loved the restaurant as well. This is a lovely property. Good water pressure if that's important ! The staff will do your laundry for $20. So convenient. Close to many great vineyards plus their own wine is quite good especially the carmenere. Also be sure to do the horse back riding with Gonzalo. We rode up the hills and through the vineyards. The horses are gentle and the views amazing. The wine pairing after was also simply wonderful ..

The hotel is exclusive, located near Santa Cruz (5 min. by car). The breakfast is tailor-made to the tastes of its guests. Every night the hotel's staff contacted me through WhatsApp asking what time and what we would like to have for breakfast the next morning.

Beautiful grounds and lovely comfortable rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t do enough for us. Rented bicycles from hotel. They came well equipped with helmets, reflective vests, locks and water. Definitely would stay again.

This property exudes the charm of a real telenovela hacienda, both inside and out, including the driveway and the swimming pool. It’s maintained perfectly, almost to perfection. It’s simply amazing! The surrounding area is quiet during both day and night, making it an ideal place to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast is served in advance, and you can also order food that’s freshly made for you. The lady who serves breakfast was really interested in what we thought of Chile and shared her love for living here. It’s so great to hear from locals and compare our interests and experiences.

The property was beautiful. Lovely landscaping and fruit trees, with horses, chickens, geese, and sheep. The delicious breakfast was truly farm to table with squeezed juices, a variety of fruits, and fresh eggs.

The property is beautiful and Daniela and Boris were very hospitable. It was great to utilize Daniela’s expertise to book tours and get recommendations of the area! Also, breakfast was delicious and was a generous portion. We stayed four nights and could have stayed longer, everything was comfortable and exceeded our expectations.

Juan and Carlos were extremely welcoming. The location is beautiful and peaceful, with a spacious room and an impressively large bathroom. The shower was excellent.

Beautiful property. It feels very intimate. Lovely breakfast with fruits from their own garden. Located in a quiet small town. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.
