This is a cute, quiet, clean and super friendly little hotel very close to the south bus terminal and in a great neighborhood with excellent food (very comfortable to walk about or grab an inexpensive taxi to another part of town). Absolutely loved Natalia (Colombian hospitality is so wonderful!). Excellent value for money - and the breakfast is delicious!!! Would highly recommend!

It's close to a train station. Theres one mall, pubs and bars nearby.

Rooms are clean and spacious. I think it’s wonderful they have a wet area with Turkish sauna and other stuff. Staff was amazing.

Omg !!! Please be aware. Don't be fooled by the name VIP !! There is nothing of vip about this floor at this hotel!! It is just a complete rip off!! the front desk at this hotel has nothing to do with this 7th vip floor at this hotel!! Mr Geovanny ocampo is the person in charge. And let me tell you about the lack of vip service: no towel exchange. You will have to ask. And while i asked him from the first day i stayed in. I asked him for an extra toilet paper as well but he never delivered me any bath towel and an extra toilet paper to me or the room!! There is NO ROOM SERVICE!! So tell me what the hell is vip here?? Some fancy coffee cups, plates and coffee-machine??? What is fancy here? The beautiful decor but a miss functional shower? You can not mix hot and cold water together!! From the top shower comes only hot water. And from the hand shower comes only cold water !! Unbelievable. I had the most miserable shower experience ever in this hotel. Never ever before and the toilet paper ?? Just one roll ? And when asking for one extra , this geovanny ocampo , whom even claimed to be one of the owners , promised to deliver me one extra toilet paper and clean bath towel, But after three night stay, i left without receiving anything And not even an apology!! And the last night stay at this hotel, after i wrote him on WhatsApp that i will definitely review this hotel and his service, he reported to booking.com that i never stayed at this hotel. That i never checked in!! I really felt bad why he had to do so while he was the one that came personally to collect the payment. Because the hotel front desk of this hotel does not do the check in for this vip floor!horrible experience. Bever again !!

It’s located on Avenida 33, which makes it easy to get to places. We walked to the Pueblito Paisa, it’s a long but enjoyable walk. There are many restaurants nearby, many options for delivery, multiple supermarkets in the area. The hotel serves a filling breakfast and coffee/water are available all day. The room we got was big enough, the AC made it very nice and it was never stuffy.

Our stay was made truly special by Mrs. Marina, who paid close attention to every detail of our arrival. She even personally took us to a local restaurant for dinner and prepared breakfast for us the next morning before our departure.
