All meals are delicious and provided at the lobby/ check in area at breakfast lunch and dinner. They offer delicious Santander staples such as arepa and caldo. They have a wonderful hotel suite that is separated from all the others. Perfect for honeymoons

This place is an absolute gem. The property is lovely, the staff is lovely, the rooms and facilities are amazing and the food is great. Do not hesitate to stay here! We had the suite with private pool and enjoyed it very much. The pool even has a heater. Thank you to Mauricio and everyone else for the great time. If you need a tour guide around, make sure to ask for Herwin!

Very nice place and excellent service staff

Everything they offer is amazing. The entire facility is well maintained. Beautiful landscape, a wonderful, hard-working staff. It truly feels like being home in your own finca with family. I think the vibes you get will make everyone in a cheerful mood.

I loved the staff, super helpful, and really good at what they do. The food was awesome, there is anything better.

The staff was excellent when we had accidentally locked ourselves out on the balcony they were able to come up and rescue us promptly. And the location is top notch, there are plenty of adventure companies within 2 blocks and a few restaurants as well.

Very comfortable hostel, big comfortable beds and big lockers to store your things. And special mention to Daiana, the manager, she was so friendly kind and help me organise my stay to make the most out of San Gil and surroundings.

Room was reasonably priced and worth the value. I'm an older traveler so usually look for something that is a little more private than a hostel and this fit that expectation. Hotel was not crowded so fairly quiet and relaxed.
