The Hotel is a surprisingly expansive and multi-tiered spread of amenities and beautiful gardens down the hillside from the main road to Armenia from the airport. Pool, jacuzzi, small playground lead to the open-air gym, lounge with games and TV, and a large pavilion restaurant. It’s definitely a location built for hosting large parties and gatherings like a wedding but was relatively low occupancy during my stay which made it quite peaceful. They upgraded me to a larger room with a big jacuzzi tub gratis, let me extend my staff at a discounted rate at my plans changed last minute, and allowed me a very late checkout for a late afternoon flight. The staff were so nice and act like a great team. My Spanish is so-so at best and they were patient and easy to chat with. You’ll see them laughing and eating meals together at the restaurant. Every interaction from the first messages on WhatsApp to check-in, meals, and asking for help looking for a lost item made me feel really cared for in a way formal hotels or resorts never do.

Just very pretty and clean site. The pools is very enjoyable and si is the open restaurant all surraoinded by kush green and an unbelievable nature trail in the back yard! Worth every penny.

Everything is perfect! The staff, the chef, the rooms, the restaurant, the entire hotel—it's a dream. This is a fantastic place for relaxing.

Cleanness, location, excellent facilities, the incredible staff

The rate was fair but the hotel didn’t achieve my expectations. The hotel is close to a main road to get a bus, but is necessary to take more than one transportation in order to get to any destination.

It has many things to do for the entire family. Some you pay extra but still the prices are fair.

Location and price. Olympic size pool was clean. Decent breakfast included. The Venezuelan couple hosts were friendly. 15 min from La Tebaida Armenia airport. The bed is form but not old or bad.
