I enjoyed my stay at this hotel , the outdoor areas are beautiful, spacious, and perfect for families. The grounds, pool, gardens, and play areas are very well maintained, and the colorful rustic buildings give the place a charming countryside feel. The staff keeps the facilities clean, and the nighttime lighting adds a cozy touch.

Amazing that it is not far from Pereira but you feel that you're isolated very far away from civilization. It's set up so that you really don't have to leave. Excellent large rooms with no television. It forces you to become one with nature. Relax by the pool. Enjoy a great dinner. The breakfast was spectacular as well.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel manager was especially friendly and accommodating! Also LOVED the restaurant at the hotel!! Great food at a very good price.

It's a relatively new building, and so all the facilities were new. The room, a Jr. suite, was large and spacious. Although located in the city center, ambient noise in the room was low, owing to design features. The staff was superb and the service great. Although there is no on-site parking, the hotel has an arrangement with a parking garage located a block away. Overall, it was a great value.

This hotel is one of the earliest hotels (may be the first) in the Pereira, founded in 1930s. Therefore, it has the history and elegance, with a great experience. It is definetely not one of the modern but soulless hotel chains. Location is in the middle of the city centre. It includes a complimentary breakfast, as well. Hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful. Again, my specific thanks to the hotel manager, who solves our problem with the taxi driver at the very first minute we arrived to the hotel, and to the kind reception lady, who helps us to contact our problematic hotel in Bogota!

Great staff made feel better staying away from home. Since this was sick trip always at drs. Ending my nights there made easier. Very clean sweet humble people.

Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff. They'll wash your laundry there, which is very convenient. I liked having a table and chair in the room. Nice bathroom and hot water. Great location, just a few blocks away from a very nice mall, some popular parts of town, and restaurants and cafes.

It was an extremely cute hotel and the rooms were very cozy. Even without air conditioning the hotel and rooms maintained a very comfortable temp. The bed was super comfy and I loved the showers and overall personal feel of the property! Even though i spoke minimal Spanish, the staff was super helpful and friendly. Shout out to Jaider Felipe! He’s amazing. I’ll definitely stay here again!
