Great location from airport, shuttle available if needed...I used a private driver, top notch resort, wonderful and friendly staff everywhere, first class amenities and truly a paradise you may not want to leave.

The resort was nice, pool was refreshing.

The resort was nice, pool was refreshing. No premium drinks, a bottle of Crown was $90, and only 1 brand of beer. The food at the buffet wasn't the greatest. Fish was dry, salad dressings were odd or just oil and vinegar. One day I had a poached egg and the yolk was hard and the whites were runny. French toast was hard and tough on the outside and soggy on the middle. You could only eat in the specialty restaurants once for every 3 days of stay.

It’s a beautiful place if you’re looking to relax and enjoy...

It’s a beautiful place if you’re looking to relax and enjoy sceneries. It’s very Humid there but, worth it. It’s not much of a party place if you’re looking for a younger crowd to hang out and have fun. Also, some of the excursions involve a lot of hiking. So, bring comfortable gym shoes or water shoes.

We loved the time of year, the rainy season.

We loved the time of year, the rainy season. There were few travelers, and it was hot but not as hot as the dry season. We did not have trouble getting chairs by the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful.

We had two adults and three children and thus needed 2 rooms...

We had two adults and three children and thus needed 2 rooms. We booked for 1 night and they let us stay thru lunch the following day. It was confortable. The pools were large and the children loved it.

The staff at this amazing hotel went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The property is set in a stunning location, the pools and beach club were out of this world. Every member of staff was brilliant. The facilities were exceptional. From the gym and the pools to the beach club, it was all amazing. The room was well fitted out with a great view.

The setting of the hotel is beautiful. We had an unobstructed view of the gulf. The layout of the various rooms across the acres of property is well-thought out and attractive. The pools were large.
