Very clean, modern and with an amazing attitude towards pets 🥰

Liked everything. The nearby beach is amazing, just 8 minutes of walk. The breakfast is really good. The rooms are huge. I stayed in a nearby 5 star hotel before. The difference is not big. The pool area has many beds so there was always something available. The staff is kind and welcoming. They provide with a link where you can register for a transfer, which is super comfy when arriving late.

The hotel was even better than we expected! Clean rooms with comfy beds, great food, perfect service and a special ambiance, completely different to other hotels in the area. If you are searching for a place to rest, relax and be away from the noise you would find in most Ayia Napa hotels, search no more! Special thanks to the manager and the entire staff for making our stay so good, that we will come back again next year.

Excellent staff, breakfast and location. Luxurious and calm. Just in front of the famous Nissi beach, also Landa is nearby, and close to the bus stop that takes to Waterworld Waterpark.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. The best beach is just 3-4 mins walk away. Great experience.

I had an incredible stay at the Anonymous Hotel! The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who were always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, making for a truly relaxing environment. A special shoutout to Galinka, their amazing masseur, whose skills left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. The hotel's pool area was a delightful oasis, perfect for unwinding and soaking up the sun. Plus, the convenience of being just a stone's throw away from a stunning beach made my stay even more enjoyable. And let's not forget the breakfast – while it might not have been the most elaborate spread, it was definitely satisfying and got my day off to a great start. Overall, the Anonymous Hotel surpassed my expectations in every way. With its clean rooms, attentive staff, wonderful masseur, refreshing pool, and proximity to a beautiful beach, I can't wait to return for another memorable stay.

Location was very central, walking distance to pretty much everything. Came with a bedroom and a separate living room with complete kitchen.

Staff was super nice, and the location is phenomenal, located right on the Makronissos beach, probably the best brach in Agia Napa. Breakfast was okay, lunch and dinner were very, very good with a variety of foods and salads. Several pools for kids and adults with animators several times throughout the day. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. All in all, exceptional value for money, will definitely come back.

What a magnificent stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with exceptional hospitality that made us feel right at home. Our room had a beautiful, romantic ambiance, especially with the lovely lighting. One of the biggest highlights was the huge swimming pool. We had originally planned to explore Ayia Napa, but the incredible atmosphere around the pool, the delicious food and drinks, and the amazing DJ created such a great vibe that we ended up spending our entire stay at the hotel instead. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made, creating unforgettable memories. It was absolutely worth it, and we will definitely be coming back!

Everything about my stay in this hotel was amazing. From the food, location right in front of Nissi Beach (with an amazing view from our room) and safety, but most importantly, the people working in the hotel. I did not meet one person who wasn't helpful or nice. So the service would be the best part of my stay.

The staff was outstanding and very helpful. I admire their patience with the negative and problematic people with really bad behaviour. Dimitris and Kyriakos in the restaurant, Chara and Michalis in the pool bar, the reception, the waters were very nice with a very high level of service. I also had the best food i ever had in an all inclusive hotel with very high quality ingredients and impressive recipes. Additionally i could say with that we really loved the entertainment. They had programs for kids and grownups for all the likes. All in all we had a very good time and i highly recommend it. For sure we will visit again. The location was also very good with the beach just a few meters away but alternatively they also have very big and clean pools.

Comfortable beds with excellent mattresses and pillows, stunning ocean views from the 5th floor, spacious rooms, and decent food for an all-inclusive option (though seafood is limited to occasional fish dishes). The reception team was outstanding (especially one Spanish girl, forgot her name) with exceptional customer service from Rika, and amazing restaurant managers Lucas and Maria. Plenty of free parking, a large heated indoor pool, and a convenient location close to Nissi beach (10 min waking distance), nearby bakeries and the main street added to the experience. A large supermarket nearby. Overall an excellent stay. The team went above and beyond to resolve service issues at the bar, even received one complimentary night stay after addressing some service issues with a staff member. Mistakes happen, but at Chrysomare, they genuinely care about guest satisfaction. Special thanks to Rika for her fantastic service.

I highly recommend Sweem UP room. It was very practical and lovely. Direct access to the pool, which was the best thing about it. Location very good, only a few minutes to Sandy Bay, which I liked more than Nissi Beach.
