Staff was super nice, and the location is phenomenal, located right on the Makronissos beach, probably the best brach in Agia Napa. Breakfast was okay, lunch and dinner were very, very good with a variety of foods and salads. Several pools for kids and adults with animators several times throughout the day. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. All in all, exceptional value for money, will definitely come back.

One of the best summer stays I’ve ever had. + Beautifully designed and maintained facilities and rooms, no expenses spared in any materials, territory looks like a desktop wallpaper + Outstanding à la carte breakfast with a supplementary buffet, too + Lots of nice touches like included minibar with soft drinks, a tote bag with branded slippers and fans, premium shower products and a provided clothes steamer + Professional cordial service, and I think we were given an upgraded room with the plunge pool without them even announcing it

Very polite staff happy to assist and find solution for every matter. Private beach is a huge asset which makes you feel relaxed and really have some rest. Villas are equipped with everything you may need. Comfortable beds. Regular cleaning and garbage disposal. Movie nights at the beach. Very friendly place, would definitely recommend.

Everything was excellent - the room was very clean, big, with everything it needs - comfy bed, AC, TV, toiletries, a kitchen corner with cutlery, a toaster, etc., and a nice balcony as well with a view to the pool and garden which were also very lovely. The breakfast was delicious with a broad selection of foods which we enjoyed every morning on the terrace. The people at the reception were welcoming, friendly and very attentive to our needs. They also have a nice little gym, room service, a restaurant and a bar with very good prices, but there are also several supermarkets and restaurants close by. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and relaxing in the sunbeds and hammock there. The greenery, palm trees and the whole outdoor setup made for such a nice view and experience. The place is a 10 minute walk away from Makronissos beach and around 25-30 minutes' walk away from Nissi beach which are the best 2 beaches in Ayia Napa. If you want to reach the center or other areas there is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel (1.5 euros per single ticket). I highly, highly recommend this place and would love to come back here, as everything was perfect!

The location of the hotel is perfect. 15 minutes walking from nissi beach and in front of Landa beach. But from the center it’s far, to be honest we did not want to be close to center cause it’s chaotic and noisy. Pool is great, food is delicious and stuff is so nice. Definitely recommended.
