United StatesAbsolutely loved this hotel! It was perfect for the three of us. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We loved it so much that within the first hour of arriving, we booked an additional night.
The location is truly magical, every time we stepped outside, it felt like we were living in a fairy tale. The charm, atmosphere, and beauty of the area made our stay unforgettable. We already can't wait to come back and stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a special and memorable experience.

Excellent place as a tourist attraction and also as a place to spend holiday. Very quiet, calm, relaxed but at the same time very beautiful city with tons of things to explore. The central part of the city is quite flat, but it is called Hora (Hill) not for nothing - many parts of the city are quite steep. The causeway with panoramic view on the Church is exceptional.

The center of Kutna Hora is very well preserved and colorful. It is fun to walk around and there are plenty of sightseeing opportunities, pubs and restaurants, including some more of a fastfood type (pizza, kebab), but most are in the medieval style. Prices are very affordable, including the more "expensive" restaurants.

It is an stunning city with easy access to a huge number of beautiful walks, interesting attractions which are very reasonably priced and the people are absolutely lovely. It is a little hard going if you have mobility issues but you do get excellent diability discounts at the attractions and the locals go out of thier way to be kind and helpful. There are excellent places to eat, I hightly recommend trying the local food and drinks. Beer is a given, but the homemade lemonade sold almost everywhere is delicious and inexpensive. I went, at least in part, to see Kuttenburg of Kingdom Come Deliverance fame, and was not disappointed. If you play the game you can easily find your way about and many of the places are still there - St James church, the fountain, the market square and Sedlec is only a short distance away. I also discovered a host of other fascinating things to do and see. We used it as a base to visit Malesov, Rattay, Trasky etc. and would recommend a car hire, although the roads and local drivers can be quite scary!

1 day is enough for Kutná Hora.
1 day is enough for Kutná Hora. If you are a KCD2 fan, this is a must-visit place. Otherwise, not sure if it is very different than other Czech cities. Paying 10 euro for Sedlec Ossuary and then getting a warning that the picture is not allowed was not nice. If I knew, I would not enter but they do not mention it until you buy a ticket.

A beautiful town with so much history.
A beautiful town with so much history. The buildings, churches and surrounding countryside are breathtaking. We found Kutna Hora also more relaxed and slower than the busier towns like Cesky Krumlov. We stayed for 5 days and this was an ideal length to stay, especially if considering hiking the river to the Mill and ruins which we recommend.

Loved wandering the town and enjoying the squares and parks.
Loved wandering the town and enjoying the squares and parks. Recommend the Silver Mine Tour, the "Bone Church", and St. Barbara's Cathedral. Loved Dacicky restaurant. Enjoyed walking the trails on the other side of the river.

The hotel is in a central location, ideal for exploring the town on foot. The staff was friendly and attentive, both at the front desk and at breakfast. Breakfast was varied and ample, at a comfortable dining room. The whole hotel had a nostalgic vibe - traditional (well made, sturdy, somewhat worn) furniture and carpets, narrow passageways. It worked great for a medieval town like Kutna Hora. I'd absolutely stay here agan should I ever return.

Located right in the heart of Kutná Hora, this accommodation provided a cozy base from which to explore the city and surrounding region. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean, if a bit small. The bed was comfortable. Public parking is available nearby and bus stops for public transport are also right around the corner. The area is beautiful, with plenty of nice restaurants, cafés and small shops.

Love this view of the church, daily useful things like a dryer, very rich kitchen of (again) useful things.
Breakfast is OK.
City transport is bad (unfortunetally) car is must have to get easy way to kutná hora.
Bathroom is public for other guests for this hotel, and its OK.
Bad parking, but you can park near the church on the street.

The apartment was clean, conveniently located street parking more or less in front of the door, convenient for access to the centre of Kutna Hora. The furnishings were tasteful, some infrastructure within walking distance.
