The hotel is super clean and cute. It's location is very good beside a big mall with many shops and restaurants. It's a bit far from the city center (20 mins by bus) but it's connected by a bus station in front of the hotel, easy hop on and hop off.

The breakfast was amazing (you could even get ice cream). The staff was nice. The restaurant had delicious food.

The staff were super friendly and spoke excellent English. The spa was included (with robes and slippers) and was a great way to relax after the Christmas markets. The restaurant was casual but the food was as good as it gets. I had the best roast duck I have ever had. The location is less that a block away from three major tram lines. Large room with separate bath and showers. Really top notch and quite a bargain.

Deluxe room is really nice. Beds are really comfortable, perfect for sleeping before going on long drive. Parking and breakfast are already included in price. Bus station is 4 min away from hotel if you want to go to city center.

Everything was perfect, we booked late at night after a hard journey and when we arrived the reception was very friendly. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable beds. The surroundings are beautiful and lovely horses

Excellent hotel!!! really excellent! staff is veeeeeery much helpful and responsive! room was very comfortable - I slept like a baby which is really rare for me in hotels. Location is wonderful. I'm travelling with a dog, so, park 5 min (even less) walk distance was/is must have for me. Breakfast in the room option - I love love love it. Again, when you're travelling with a dog - this is very much helpful.
