Large attic room was very comfortable and had great views of surrounding countryside and sky. Patio terrace was also great for viewing (and photographing) night sky. Breakfast buffet, including eggs to order, satisfied every desire. Walk to restaurants in nearby town was pleasant, and perfectly situated for hiking to the bison enclosure.

I can really recommend staying at Hotel Kaiser Friedrich. The hotel owner Maurizio takes care of his guests needs and is flexible, which I personally care about a lot. A great Italian restaurant is five minutes by food and a supermarket as well. And then I haven't mentioned the immediate access to the hills that surround Bad Berleburg. Will definitely return!

We wanted to eat on time on Saturday in Bad Berleburg. Unfortunatelly many restaurants were closed at around 17 o'clock and there was only one restaurant open but it was full the whole evening. We needed to drive further and lost 1 hour extra before we could find another place. It was on Saturday, the 9th of November 2024.

Great Hotel in the middle of the old part of town. Use to be a school house and was remoldeled inside. Very clean rooms. Personnel were very friendly and helpful. They also have a restaurant with very good food. The breakfast is also great with a view of the town. Even the hotel owner came to every ones table to talk to the customers that were there in the restaurant a very nice touch. Can say only good things about this hotel and me and my wife will return

A quiet location with a fantastic view. It's the first time we've stayed in a location other than a hotel but we were very satisfied. Fully equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed and sofa. It's like time stands still while enjoying coffee in such an idyllic place watching the snow fall in large flakes.

Great place, quiet location, my family and I will definitely come back next time we are in Bad Berleburg, it is just what we needed. Nice touches everywhere, all very cosy. Awesome balcony to sit on and enjoy the view. We were lucky to witness the arrival of the swallows and an eagle.

Newly renovated building, beautiful and clean design. Spacy, well equipped and quiet rooms. Nice restaurant with creative food. Walkable neighbourhood, you can start hiking directly from the hotel. Plenty of EV chargers.
