The staff were incredibly accommodating, even giving up their parking spot for us. They seemed always available if we needed anything. Also, we heard the hotel was renovated recently and we thought everything seemed new and comfortable.

It felt like you were staying at your wealthy German Oma's house. Dinner was lovely. Holenzalerin Castle is right there. Beautiful tour. The hotel is older than the United States ❤️🇩🇪 I believe it was a hunting lodge at one time. It was very cozy.

I booked this property last minute because of its location being close by where I was working for a few days. From the second I walked in the door, the staff were pleasant, accommodating and very helpful. I requested a room relocation due to potential noise disruptions, and they happily made the change for me. The restaurant staff were great too, in both the breakfast room and dining room. The rooms were very clean from door to window. There are walking trails just out the door of the hotel, and located in a beautiful area of open land and hills.

The apartment was spacious and super clean. I'd say the "mountain view" in advertisements isn't true, but the rest is very good

Large airy rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant was fabulous. My husband loved his trout. The roast beef steak was tender and perfect.

We were on a road trip from Frankfurt Germany to the Black Forest, and headed towards Zalsburg Austria. The property was a great location to pass and stop by for the night. Our room balcony was facing directly at Hohenzollern Castle and we really enjoyed watching and taking pictures of it before sunset and after sunrise. The room, staff, restaurant, free parking and breakfast were all excellent.

Friendly service, comfortable beds

The breakfast was excellent. The location is right across from the old town plaza and great restaurants. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

It was incredible. Best cycling trip of 2026 by far. The Restaurant was amazing. I will be back for the brocoli soup. The young lady at the desk needs more money. Best one night of my life!
