The place had some of the best facilities I have ever experienced, including a sauna, wet and dry areas, and an Indoor/outdoor pool. The breakfast was excellent, with an omelet cooked with my choices.

The breakfast was so delicious with a warm and cozy feel. We also enjoyed dinner there a couple of nights during our stay and I'm still dreaming about it since leaving. It was literally the best meals we had while we were in Cham.

Cham is a good place to go to see historical Regensburg for...

Cham is a good place to go to see historical Regensburg for the whole day, and the other day a historical centre of Cham-Janahof was also nice to go through. This hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere, though there is no problem to reach it by car - some 5 km in the village close to Cham.

The town of Cham looks like a typical Bavarian town, everything very neat, but it does not seem to have very much to offer. Its surroundings are really stunning, with the Bavarian forest and lots of scenic roads nearby.

The staff is great! The breakfast is great. I love having the saunas and steam rooms easily accessible and part of the hotel fee. Nice spa options too. Additionally, if you are having treatments at the INUS clinic, it's a 10-minute walk. Finally, Den's market is just two blocks away and a nice deli/grocery store with everything you need, including toiletries, etc. is just around the corner and they accept credit cards. (Another pharmacy I went to only accepted cash.)

This has probably been one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Professional, friendly and clean. The owner and son make a point of greeting you which is pretty rare but makes you feel so welcomed. The reception team and the staff in the restaurant provided excellent customer service and were always available to assist wherever they can and with a smile. Thank you for an exceptional stay.

Breakfast is good and varied. The room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very nice e and helpful. Our friends stayed in another hotel and came to get us every day, the location is not so good if you haven't got a car.
