I loved the location. But most importantly I lived the staff. I forgot her name already and I’m so sorry for you it was a Swedish name even though she was German. She was so kind and made the experience that much better. She made my whole trip!

It was located right on the town square but the room had well sound proofed windows. We were ably assisted by a Tunisian immigrant who spoke French. The hotel had a good restaurant on the first floor.

This is a great stop-over if you travel between Holland and Denmark and want to avoid Hamburg. It's close to the ferry across the Elbe river. We loved that we could take our dog and there were good walks nearby. The kitchen was great and sitting areas very comfortable inside and outside in the garden.
